Andrews Direct Marketing protects your data against disclosure, unauthorized access, reproduction, electronically or hardcopy, or transmission, with appropriate security measures.
Employees are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
We have our own FTP servers in which clients are given individual Personal Client FTP login access. All computers are password protected.
We encourage our clients to use file encryption.
Archived databases of a confidential nature are stored on drives that are offline and disk hardcopy stored in a dual tumbler fireproof safe.
Our facility has swipe card access control and video surveillance.
